That looks like Feeder Finger Damage?

IMO the lines are from die polishing.

Reverse is showing die scratches and progressive indirect design transfer.
1955-S-Cent,-Raised-Lines-On-Reverse-Near-The-Wheat The obverse shows a lot of previous die polishing with a halo around the bust. No premium for this. Just an example of die aging and abrasion.
