Mechanical Doubling

If I am remembering correctly, the doubling seen on the end of the lower loop of the 6 (to the right) is common to all 1960 SD cents because of Master Die doubling. I don't know about the crease on the upper arm of the 6, but the device is not enlarged, so it seems unlikely to be die doubling.
