Hello! was getting ready to toss this one but thought hollow lettering on USA, 'P&L' on Pluribus, and 'O' in Monticello was a bit weird.I'm guessing PMD, but never saw anything like it.

Looks like the coin was abused. Ground down or used as a skate board on a cement floor.
