Error.
End of strip blank. (scarce, but not rare)

If it had been squeezed from either side, it would have a greater 'diameter' at that location. It doesn't.
If the clip had been bigger, the blakesley effect would have been apparent.

Ditto Spruett response. The planchet was clipped prior to strike in a minor way and then the strike nearly filled the defect. Not a lot of value - 50 if you have a sucker o the line, but more realistically 20. These types are frequently on ebay amongst other places.
