Hi, do you think it could be a double punch ? I don't know if it is, does it add ou cut value?

It's called Machine Doubling, no extra premium.
That looks like a scratch starting at the Maple Leaf and
running up beside the 5 to the A.

PS-
The close ups are good but always include a photo
of the complete coin, even if you think it is unnecessary.
