Well played!

Been some time since any 40 or 90 percent has landed in my hand.

Thank you for sharing.

How many rolls were you searching?

I came home with 50 rolls, the Franklin was in the Second roll.

Very Nice. That had to be a great feeling finding that.

One day about two or three years ago I walked into the bank and sitting right there in a teller tray was a Franklin half dollar. I couldn't believe my eyes. I considered it an ultra rare find.

I do that as well, when I return the loose coins I make a point of checking the teller's coin tray also, most of our young tellers do not pay attention to a Silver coin

Great find! Glad it wound up with someone who appreciates it.
I have a couple of pages in a binder that I call my fun pages where I put any unusual or offbeat coins I find (counterstamped, plated coins, ect.) That's where I put any silver found in circulation so they can spend the rest of their days in a well deserved and appreciated retirement. They are few and very far between, believe me.

You have more patience than I do, I have a fun glass jar where all these silvers go to rest until the d-day

No it doesn't but it's such a joy to find them every now and then.

Great score!

I've only ever managed to score 40% Kennedy halves. Congrats!

This was my second B.F. to find in Kennedy rolls in Five years, but other Silvers have been 40% ones, I would say about a DZ in Five years.
