This 2012 D Hawaii Quarter has a die chip between the two i's on the top of the reverse. Since I have 2 of these I was wondering if it is a fairly common error?

Thank you Spense. I should have done a little more research. The 2003 Hawaii quarter doesn't have the apostrophe, which made me think this was an error.
