Ok guys heres another coin that I wouldn't even know where to start! It's super thin, like a razor blade. Really small as well. Heres a few pics.

Ottoman is correct. Looks like 1 para, Mahmud II. Though it's dated 1223 (1808/09), regnal year 3 at the top of the reverse indicates AD 1810.

The Ottoman coin shown in your MA Shops photo is from a different year, AH1203, and would be very large, 42 mm, which is larger than a Morgan.

The Ottoman silver para dated 1223 as suggested by Numisma is 12 mm, or smaller than a dime. That's more consistent with the coin photographed on a fingertip.
