I am still very new and learning, so I dont know how to grade coins really at all, so I am curious what this coin would be graded as. Thanks for all the help. :)

Reverse (EDS?) is nicer than obverse (die deteriorating)...Is that split plating inside the "O" of ONE..can you see the zinc inner core ? Good looking for its age, 63 seems right

Numerous scratches on obverse keep it at 63, at best. Full Red. Eye Appeal 9/10 for grade.

Some very minuet scratches on obverse , virtual full steps on reverse .MS-64RD . Eye appeal 9/10 .
