Another find while looking through my $100 nickel box (Canadian) and I happen to come across this 1994 P Jefferson nickel.

Die crack running from E of "WE" right through Jeffersons nose and too the middle of his cheek.

On the reverse at the same location there is 2 smaller die cracks on the right side of the Monticello on the bottom right corner of the steps/building going towards the rim and at the top corner of the building going towards the rim.

On (US) cents, we call these "Spike Heads", but considering the location of this die crack, how about "Spike Nose" or "Pinocchio"?
