Ok so I know it is not a DDO but it sure looks like another number under the two. Yes there is a lot of deterioration but that does not account for what I am seeing.

Staining from Environmental exposure of some sort and Pareidolia.

So on the right of the 2 is caused by DDD, however what is the circular object inside the loop of the 2 is the question. Makes it looks like the 2 is looking back at you...

Looks as mysterious as a coin from a cars drink holder. Something on the coin staining it. PASS!

Look closely and you'll see the secondary "2" is not the same shape as the real one. It has more of a loop to the top end of the curve.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
