 Looks like 1941. Not seeing a 3.

Why does the date say 1941? It is a damaged copper cent. Weight will be 3.11 gram range.

Not even close. This is just a damaged coin. Not worth anything over 1 cent. No trumping history, no winning the coin lottery.

Well remember back when we were new collectors? We didn't see all on a coin, that we now see today. A new day adds something new for all of us to learn. Never a dull moment on coin collecting.

Looks like corrosion below the 41 (dark area) has altered the surface. BTW- there could NOT be a horizontal 3 under that 1. (There's only person I know of that would call this a "perfect" error, but it wouldn't be the truth.)
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
