I'll say AU-50, but I'm hardly an authority on these.

I'd personally be at VF-35, the wear that is present seems quite strong (the hair curls and ear details specifically). As for value I can't really say.

I think one of the TPG's would give this one an AU-50. The reverse grades a little higher but the weak spots on the obverse might hold this back to 50.

From a British grading point of view - I would say aEF, there is a bit of wear on St George and the Horse, King George is almost EF too.

Bear in mind American XF is British VF+ to gVF.
