It looks like a B might be an R but with my luck its probably a gouge lol

Looks like two well placed marks incuse on the coin. (damage) Why does it look like a 'B'. Note the two indented areas and the wave caused by the contact. That is pushed aside on the coin. It is not a device, our brains are telling it is something, when it really isn't.

I was really hoping it was something cooler than a gouge lol thanks for the help I am definitely new to all of this not even a week into it. It's been hard to research most of the errors I think I have found because they can look so many different ways. I really appreciate the help!
