My Santa gave me a lovely holiday set of coins from Canada. My spouse and I went to the Winnipeg mint during our honeymoon, so this is a delightful reminder of that. I love it.

I received this last week...sorry for the late response. My secret Santa was very generous this year. A 1964 Roosevelt dime MS64 sample slab. For reference, I didn't even know these existed, so I ended up getting educated on what sample slabs are...pretty cool. I also got two coin sets, a 1971 Canada proof like and a set from Czechoslovakia, and two uncirculated 1960 cents - a 1960 SD and 1960 D/D.
Woo Hoo! Santa arrived early but I knew you guys wouldn't want me to wait! A 1968-S Proof Kennedy half, destined for my 7070, and a 2019-W, "America the Beautiful" Washington quarter! I guess I'll need to start working on a set of those now... Thank You Santa!
I received my gift today all the way from Canada. I will once again wait until Christmas morning to open it. Thank you in advance to my Canadian Secret St. Nick.
For all the folk who are waiting until tomorrow to open their gift. Can you relate? .

I sent the gift to my recipient back on the 11th. USPS still shows it as "In Transit- Arriving Late". Called USPS and they insist it's still on its way (even though I could've driven this there and back same day if I took the day off). I'll give until the first of the year before making more noise. Sorry to my recipient.
Yeah I think that's probably going to happen to all packages that are going far distances this year, Covid has made some routes flooded with order and other with none at all. This year....
Yeah, we sent Christmas packages from Wisconsin to our son in Denver. They got to Milwaukee a day after we mailed them, then sat in the "In Transit- Arriving Late" status for 11 days before I filed a Lost Package claim for both of them. The day after I filed the claim, the packages mysteriously showed up in Denver and were delivered that day after that!
