Found what appears to be doubling on this bicentennial. However, could use the opinion of someone that's knows way more than I. I apologise in advance if my pictures are of poor quality.

Just Machine Doubling on the coin. (EPU)
Here is a normal Business strike example. From this image you will see the size of normal EPU would look like. On yours the MD is all over those devices:

Besides perhaps being a bit light on contrast, I think your photography is pretty good (it has improved!).

I agree with coop, classic Machine Doubling.
