Hello Everyone! This is my very fist post here! In fact this is my first post on any forum! I hope I am doing everything correctly, and hopefully someone can help ( I'm sure someone can, you all seem so knowledgeable). Every time I come here I learn something new!

These images are a close up of lady liberty's face on a 2020 American Silver Eagle proof. It is graded by PCGS so it is in a holder (IDK if that matters though). It looks like she has a mole on her upper lip! Can someone tell me what that is? Is it common? How would that happen? Thank you!!

Probably from over use, I would guess

Die Chips
Definition: A small piece (less than 4 square millimeters) that falls out of the die face and has no direct connection to the design rim. The missing piece leaves a void in the die face into which coin metal flows. As a result, the coin shows a featureless lump in the affected area.robably fron over use

A small piece breaks off the die, then void is fill in, on the next strikes after the chip falls off. Possibly the die was brittle and starts chipping off.
