I found 3 separate varieties of this "error"
2015-P-Homestead-Banana-Under-Pump-Varieties
2015-P-Homestead-Banana-Under-Pump-Varieties
2015-P-Homestead-Banana-Under-Pump-Varieties

The second image it appears as if the piece of metal is added on there
The third would be a half and half. Half added on, half recessed
The first is a gouge. recessed mark.

Any input would be appreciated. Ive been looking everywhere and cant find a single example other than these

It would not be called an error, it is a variety.
