1984 P Dime With Die Lines And Mad?

So, as part of my way to relax after getting home from work lately, I've found myself looking through my coins. I found this one late last night.
Are these Die Lines? As well as maybe a bit of MAD on the obverse side?

Those are called Die Flow Lines caused by a worn die.
And yes, it is a MAD

The mad is not to much of a premium and I agree with Jimmy.

You are probably wonder why no premium for this. Well when the die gets that bad up to 54% of the coin can look like that. It is common as all dies get to that point before they are retired.
