Unfortunately, this appears to be VAM-22. This die pairing is known to have produced specimens with some extremely rotated dies which would also have a premium. This would be extremely noticeable when slabbed though so I'm sure OP would have caught that.

I don't buy a lot of high value stuff on line but, when I do, I always assume the grade is at least 1 tier below what they are saying. Even regular value stuff like buffalo and Liberty nickels, people take a very liberal interpretation of the grade. I used to buy bullion stuff from APMEX but it seems like they've become the highest price outlet.
