1940 Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC Doubled Die Reverse / DDR \attribution Attempt

I know these DDRs are so difficult to match, but because this one is somewhat clear and doesn't have gunk or too much wear, I thought I'd try matching it. However, I haven't been able to find a match. No die markers match, and some don't even have die markers to compare to. Need some help on this one, is it too worn to even bother attributing? If so, what should I do with it?
