I was about to post this, claiming it was DDO-009, or something similar, but then I noticed flattening when I made this image:

1945-LWC-DDO-Or-Flattened?

Am I correct in coming to the conclusion that this is very obscure flattening, or was my first assumption possibly near the truth?

Thank you!

Would like to see full, large and sharp images of the coin--obverse and reverse. Would allow us to see the full context of the coin, and perhaps gain more insight into what may be happening. Thanks.

I should think you have a case for ID'ing it as #9 but proving it is unlikely without markers. That being said, the area in the green circle is often noticeably thinner on class vi DDO's and it looks to be on yours. Straight circulation flattening tends to be uniform.

Not a match:

DDO spread is not present on your coin. Flattening from circulation.

Oh goodness I apologize! I posted this in a rush as I had to go to dinner. I should've posted these from the beginning.

Here are my images:

Thank you CS and Coop, much appreciated. I can certainly see what you both mean. Hopefully these images with confirm one of the suspicions made.

Strong class 6 DDO will have the straight parts of the B and E in Liberty curving instead of straight and the lower branch tip of the E in WE will be turned up. This has a bit of both, but maybe not enough to be listed.
