I have two 2019 Guam War in the Pacific quarters with Major Die chips on the larger rifle & smaller soldier labeled coin 1 & 2 below, coin 2 seems to have a double rim on the largest soldiers helmet! I posted 3 coins for the profile, the normal strike & the 2 coins with chips including the one I believe could be DD or very well placed chip! Only one of the two with chips show the extra rim! ( The 2 with Chips are almost Identical on the gun chips & the soldiers, but again coin 2 has the rim on the helmet! The chips on the smaller soldier are cool, because it looks like he is carrying extra gear! There are 2 Wexler's DD's for this but very small & on the backpack, I couldn't find any on google images that have as many chips on the rifle's & the other soldier!
You do not have here Double Die. You has an aged Die which develop some minor small Die chips. What you see DD it is SD ( Strike Doubling) which in collecting will be say MD ( Machine Doubling) and the third category on this it is Mechanical Doubling.
