33 nickels from 1938-1959 in the second box of this 5 box hunt and a bonus 1920 Buffalo nickel. Also found a 1938 that will for sure be an upgrade. Still no silver, going on over 14,000 nickels since my last one.

Went through another box this afternoon before I made dinner for the family while the kid was taking a nap. 2 silvers, a 1943 P and a 1945 P, and 37 nickels from 1938-1959.
I used nic o date on those two dateless Buffalo nickels and they were a 1915 and a 1920.
Gonna try to go through the remaining two boxes tonight.
This was a very enjoyable hunt! 166 total nickels found from 1938-1959 and And AND 5 Buffalo nickels! Including two that I needed, a 1915 and a 1928-S, for my book and a 1920 upgrade! I found two foreign coins which were a 1968 Eire Harp & Hound from Ireland and a 1939 Switzerland 20 Rappen. The photos will be in my video that I'll post a link to here once it is done editing.
Below are the finds from this hunt.

Another hunt is in the books bringing the total nickels searched to 80,000 nickels. I did not find anything too special, I did find a 1950, but not the 50 D. Had 3 Buffalo nickels out of a box. I did get three coins that were upgrades including a 1941, a 1956, and a 1957. Below are the finds from this hunt and the chart displaying everything found so far. I have another 10,000 nickels on order for next week.
I did the nic-o-date treatment to the three Buffalo nickels that I found. The one was so far gone, as I figured, produced no results. Coins in that condition I will no longer nic-o-date. There other two were a 1915 (which I have) and a 1923 which I needed.
While I was visiting my parents today my mom gave me a 1919 Buffalo nickel that she found in change when she was a little girl. She has kept it her entire life and passed it on to me. I have included a picture below. Pretty neat to see what these looked like in circulation from the early 1970's. It's a snapshot frozen in time. Definitely a coin that I will treasure for the rest of my life.
