Hi guys
I have this gold coin/medal. I know the gold value is pretty good, but does it have some numismatic value? I can find very little about previous sales, anybody have some insight?

Neat medal but not too much premium over melt.
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

Middle eastern gold coins are rarely seen in western Europe. But I think many are abundant. It was a place where gold in commerce was liked. When I seem them on sale it is a pile of coins. And stay on sale a long time. Who would buy khomeini coins in Europe?
EUA coins I never saw on sale. As this is a big coin it may have been a small issue, not intended to be traded.
