I was at my bank last week and picked up $100.00 in $1.00 bills. The tell asked why I need all those ones? I told her I was looking for star notes. She asked what stars note were. I skimmed the first 10 and showed her one and explained the note. I asked her to watch for them for me and I'll be in this week. I showed up as promised. When I came through the door she just started smiling . I asked' why are you so happy? she pulled an envelope from her drawer and said, "I've been watching for those star notes like you asked." She hand me the envelope with a sticky note on it which said " 5- 100, 3-50,32- 20, 5- 10, 3- 10, 45- 1." I open the envelope which had $1,415.00 in star notes. While I was there I picked up 3 rolls of halves. Pics below.

P.S> If anyone is looking for star notes let me know. I have an unlimited supply.

This fold only had 5 halves in until I came home with 3 rolls. All D & P mint.

My bank tellers love me. They haven't picked me up anything yet, but they do order me halves when I ask them. Nice girls.

Anyways, I was collecting star notes for awhile, but I took I think about $221.00 back to the bank. I sat on that much money for awhile, but figured out that it really wasn't my thing.

I save the star notes when I get them in my cash drawers but I don't ask the bank for them. I do ask for halfs and any older looking coins that they come across. Another thing I ask my bank for is the 2 dollar bills. 95% of the times they are all consecutive and other times they are star notes so those I save lots of.
