Found this in one of my rolls. looks like a strike through hair on both sides.

They look like old cuts that have been stained or suffered ED.

For fun, give the coin a looooong soak in 100% acetone. Question, are those features clearly raised, or clearly sunken (incuse)?

The lines are all raised which leads me to believe that it is a strike through. I'll try the acetone bath and see what happens.
