I'm trying to figure out what's going on with
This penny right here, 1990 no mint mark I found
It in a roll of pennies. It's really shiny,
And the back there looks like there's a fingerprint
Imbedded in it? On the front there's that wavy line

That's called Ridge Ring, a form of Die Deterioration (worn die), Die Deterioration Doubling on the date, and a fingerprint on the reverse.
Errers and Varietys.

If it was mine, I would try an acetone soak and if it came out looking better, I would keep it in a 2x2 because the DDD on the obverse looks interesting.

Yes, an interesting obverse--die deterioration with an 'inflection'. Would love to see the coin in-hand.

Pretty extreme example of a Ridge Ring. I like it!

As far as the fingerprint being imbedded on the reverse, that's what the oils and chemicals from a fingerprint will do to coins. They destroy the surface.
