there is a tiny split on the upper serif, its kinda hard to see in the picture but its definitely there. Does anyone see any other markers?

Just being real here...

A tiny split serif on a harshly cleaned 1959D cent isn't going to be worth a hill of beans. Can't see the split to which you refer, the photo is fuzzy.

No die doubling, but a better picture of the D might show something. It may be an RPM but a better pic is needed.
