I found this last night and it looks like an RPM to me. I dont have the greatest pix but Ill see if I can get better ones

1974-S-RPM-New-Variety??

Sorry...looks like Machine Doubling on top, normal shape of the S on the left, and I don't see anything underneath.

It should also be mentioned hat this is a typical worn mintmark punch used on many coins of the 1970s.
