OK, I just found this 1953D RPM but can't tell which one it is. The markers listed do not appear on this coin. I was thinking it is either the 029 or the 024. What do you think. Thanks

1953D 1MM -001 or 002?

It is a tilted mint mark but the location of it is unlike -001. After a little more looking it's more like the -023

What about the 002 that Chuck mentions that as an earlier die stage has a full bar?

The -002's mint mark is a little further to the east then mine.
