There are two sets of two numbers between eagle and its' right wing in a column. From DOLLAR up to those numbers depicts images. As well, the font and size do not match anything on the bill. I am unable to find any examples. Is this authentic?

Agree, a part of a teller's stamp that landed outside the wrapper. Actually a minus for value.

Hands down, the most popular question asked by new collectors, "What's this mark/writing on my note ?"
