Hello all! I found this penny that has extreme MD and I believe is struck via grease (is that the right term or is " Greaser" better?). I'm trying to figure out if it is a 1992 or a 1993. I believe it's the former but the wife'y tells me it's the latter. As usual, I'd appreciate your expert opinions.

Great Greaser indeed! I'll say 1992.

Interesting. A grease issue yes, and I'm thinking a curious mix of obverse Machine Doubling and Die Deterioration as well. Keep it as a fun curiosity.

I'm thinking it's from 1992. Nice Greaser. I also believe the obverse and reverse is showing Plating Disturbance Doubling. https://www.error-ref.com/other-forms-of-doubling/

nice Greaser, and thank you Errers for reminding me of the plating disturbance doubling - I could not think of the name.
