Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I am can weigh in with a confirmation or gentle correction. Also, for $2, isn't this a buy regardless?

Thanks all and Spence, we will se its advertised as a 1883 but the sellers don't know coins, also a 1909 1 cent was advertised as a 1989. If I'm able to get it I will post. i know nothing of capped busts or their value, this must be like g4-g6. So maybe 30 dollar coin.
