Recently picked up a few albums and was going through online references.
Has anyone purchased/used the " FAO COINS INTERNATIONAL CATALOG" by Attilio Armiento? Seems like the 2022 edition is updated to a decent degree. Bought via ebay and a bit pricey. Anyone have thoughts on it?
I've seen it for sale and yes it is a bit pricey. I have quite a few FAO coins but can get most of the information I need from Numista. Is it worth buying the catalog?

From what I have read it is the definitive reference and who doesn't like that? I've had some issues with getting info on the medals from numista and such.
On a related note, I picked up the red, green, blue, green and lt blue albums in a lot for an ok price. I was on the fence but then I saw the pics of the St Lucia etc coins and they appeared to be the proof ones not the regular circ strikes and that pushed me over.
Excellent acquisition! I hope to see pics of your beauties when they arrive. I don't have any medals so don't know if the book would be of great use to me. I can use that $$$ to get more coins!

Well darn looks like due to tariffs and what not the price has gone up substantially since when I last looked. With chipping it's about $120. Too rich for my blood at the moment....
