The younger Licinius, while made Caesar, never ruled, having been executed by Constantine a couple years after his father had likewise been disposed of. This is an especially well centered strike on a particularly regular flan. It seems very similar to both RIC VII 107 and 119 (Thessalonica). but may not be precisely either.
