There is considerable Die Deterioration on the reverse of this 1970-D dime, plus some circulation wear. Is this a Reverse of 1968?

These things are pretty common, although the 1969 would probably be considered scarce or maybe rare. Even so, as a collector I'd say it's worth having one of each of the years in your collection as they are CherryPickers' Guide coins (FS-901).

I end up with a lot of face value dimes coming in and find a lot of them. I sold one roll of them on ebay and got fairly little for it. Here's another roll of them.
