I recently started looking through my few coins for errors and came across this 1949. Would this be a die crack or some other reason for the raised line? Thanks!

That is a small die crack but a die crack is not considered an error.

Dried crud?

I'm with E&V. A good soak in acetone might make it disappear or at least lessen.

Dragonscale, try soaking your coin in pure acetone. It could make the crud go away or lessen.

Hard to say what that is - nice clear pictures though! See if you can push it with a toothpick.
