however.... never say never...
there are some 1967 quarters known to be nickel....why can a 1969 dollar not by mistake be silver? try a magnet....

There is about 6 known silver 1969 dollars. Probably coins made in error. Given their rarity, the silver content has no affect on value. All the rest are nickel.
