Picking it out of the pile of coins is really funny. But just as I was about to buy it, the shopkeeper recognized it as an early year piece and then charged me $20.

I think it makes Good-4. Looks basically original and problem-free. The 1913-S Type 2 Buffalo is a key date, worth much more than what you paid. Well done!
