The G in GOD has a very small "tail" which can appear absent, therefore looking like a C. Several things can cause this: it may be a light strike, Die Deterioration, or PMD (post mint damage) The drooling is also, not, a rare error. It is nothing more than a die chip. Quite common. The "drooling" is a die chip that probably would have untold thousands produced. It is just another fancy name that someone has given a die chip to try and sell at a premium.
