Hi all,
First post on here, and very new to the area of coins. Would love to get some idea if this is a "lamination error" is it very rare and does it make this coin especially valuable?

Thanks so much! I'll be posting more coin errors I've found soon.

To CCF! That's not a Lamination error. That's sticky stuck crud on the coin. It might come off in a pure acetone soak.

I'd say soak it in water and if that doesn't remove the substance try acetone. To me not a lamination issue.
