I was going thru a box of Barber dimes yesterday at a local coin dealer. There were probably 150-200 barbers in the cull box; then I came across a liberty seated. All the coins in the box costs $2.00 each. I do not know much about grading, but did I do ok for the cost?

For two bucks you really cant go wrong with a seated. My guess for a grade would be a nice good or maybe a VG. Value is really only about $5

The obverse pockmark at about 8:00 and the small scratches to the right of the date probably relegated this coin to the cull box. I'd give it a VG-8 for detail. For $2 I think you did fine. It's definitely more interesting than your average cull Barber dime!
