Hello All,
I have about 15 of these coins few pennies few half dollar and few nickles, but they all are no bigger than 9.96mm in diameter which is half the size of a penny! Can someone help me with identifying as to who and where they were minted and if they have any value at all.
any help would be appreciated.

They're "miniatures". They're not official coins and were not made by the mint. As such, they would classify as reproductions or "fantasies".

Some were made and sold as play money; some I've seen packaged up with a whole coin set jammed into a single 2x2 and labelled "world's smallest coins" or some such.

I don't think they're particularly valuable; the "full sets" I mentioned earlier were being sold for just a few dollars.
