I would say it's a 'Type A'. The weak tail feathers. Other soft areas.

I was lucky enough to have found 2 in one week a few months ago.
Here is a pic. to show the details of the leaves and feathers etc.
Once you find one you will be able to identify others more easily.

The type "C" ones are early die coins. They were used as a jump before the 1965 Quarter obverses were matched to those.
