I was at a flea market today and a dealer had a 1934s peace for $45 in about a fine grade I believe. Would this be a good buy? or should I pass it up?

You were wise to pass on that one unless you have an album hole to fill. While the price isn't too bad, it's not a piece (pun) to pick up for $45 without really wanting it.

$45 would be a tad high in my opinion for a F12. Its a flea market so maybe you could talk the guy down to $35 or $40.
