It is housed in an old ANACS slab as problem free. This one doesn't have the best strike, but I really liked the look of the surfaces. Opinions?

If it didnt have the nicks in the arm I would say AU. The details are definitely there for AU. I am going to say XF45 but would not be surprised if it was AU50+ since you state its in a problem free ANACS slab.

Its really nice

Eh, they just look like bag marks to me, not actual damage.

XF40 to XF45.

There seems to be a lot of variation in the grading of these. I've seen coins in XF slabs where you can barely see the liberty, but according to the more conservative grading guidelines, I think it's XF.

Nice coin - they are hard to find in high grade problem free - I am currently searching for one myself...

It appears as though there is a little luster on there. I am going to go with AU53.

That is one great piece. A touch of wear seem to make it better to me. Great pickup.

Yes, it was graded AU-53(good call oimcoins). There are some strike issues, but the quality of the surfaces and remaining luster are what drew me to this coin after looking at a handful of AU 20 centers. Many of them look unoriginal and lusterless.
