Is it difficult to find a SLQ without a weak strike on the shield at the 7:00 position.

I know the author of that article, it is James Garcia aka EarlyUS. He is the cataloger for Scotsman Auction Co in St. Louis, nice guy and very knowledgeable- I have purchased a few coins for my 7070 from him.
