All I get is the Paris Mint and the Notre Dame part. No date, denomination? What initials are a the bottom of rev (?) Complete inscription along bottom rim?

These are tourist tokens you can buy when visiting places in Paris.
If I remember well they are 2 euro each. There are many.

Maudry, do they combine two landmarks - one on each side, or all of them say "Monnaie de Paris" on the reverse?

There are tokens issued by Monnaie de Paris, they all have their name on the other side.
I have just checked: those I bought 2 years ago look differently on "monnaie de paris"-side.
Then there are also tokens issued by other firms, they have something else on the other side.

Is there a definitive Monnaie de Paris reference available in French or English? I have quite a few pieces from various periods that I've yet to identify

If you move the cursor across the word "distributeur", you will see such a token machine. If you move it across "la face commune", you'll see the common side.
