Is have a way to clean a banknotes?
I want to clean it and I will sell it in antique shop for 120 dollars.

There is no real way to clean a banknote, and given the fairly heavy circulation of your note, doing anything to it, beyond placing it in a PVC holder to protect it, would likely destroy it.

If you do put it in a holder, do so very, very carefully. There are at least 3 serious stress points from the folds visible in the pictures, and they are definitely ready to tear apart.

I'm with JMerrick on this one given the note's condition.
The only safe way to clean a banknote (if at all feasible) is to use a professional conservator and that would cost a lot more than most notes are worth.

just place your note in a pvc sheet and then place it in a album. No use in cleaning.
